• Sand Media Filter is a Primary Filtration unit, to be used along with Secondary Filters like Screen / Disc Filter.
• Sand Media Filters are manufactured from high grade steel and protected from corrosion by powder coating. These filters Conforms to IS 14606:1998.
• These Filters comes with back flush assembly either with PP Ball valves or with Butterfly valves for high pressure application.
• Easy to install & operate.
• These filters are used when open water source like open well, stream river, farm ponds etc. is used for irrigation.
• Low maintenance cost.
• These Filters remove algae, fine silt, organic, in – organic contaminants, suspended particles etc.

       DISC FILTER

• Disc Filters are manufactured as per IS Standards.
• Body of Plastic Disc Filters are made from Engineering Plastic.
• Disc Filters are made from engineering plastic & have narrow grooves for fine filtration.
• The discs of each filter cartridges are stacked on top of each other like a pile of poker chips.
• High filtration efficiency compared to Screen Filters.
• Spring loaded disc cartridges for uniform compression of the disc.
• Provided with union nut for easy dismantling and removable of disc cartridge for the fast – cleaning operation.

SCREEN FILTER

• Screen Filter is used primarily in Micro Irrigation Systems.
• Screen Filter element consists of a rigid non collapsible plastic frame and SS mesh mounted on the frame.
• It allows only the clean water to enter into the Micro Irrigation System.
• Plastic Screen Filters Conforms to IS – 12785: 1994, BIS Standards.
• Plastic Y – Type Screen Filters body are made from Polypropylene Glass Filled and the screen with Stainless Steel.
